Bill McCrary is founder and CEO of Strategic Partner, a business development firm which specializes in sales force development and executive coaching, and is an authorized licensed affiliate of the Sandler Sales Institute®. He utilizes the only management development curriculum that is ranked #1 by Entrepreneur magazine.

McCrary brings over two decades of sales, sales management, and sales training experience to the marketplace including his work for two Fortune 100 companies, Georgia-Pacific and American Home Products Corporation. His track record speaks for itself because he has helped numerous executive managers and sales professionals successfully triumph over challenges which previously had inhibited them.

While working with Georgia-Pacific, McCrary became the youngest district manager in the division and achieved sales of over 14 million dollars.  Later, McCary was recruited by American Home Products Corporation, where he became a member of this corporation's prestigious  President's Golden Circle, an honor reserved for the top 1% of the company's most elite sales performers. His career includes numerous accomplishments, from managing sales force development, installing sales processes, and orchestrating marketing campaigns to directing strategic corporate initiatives.

In 2004, the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce honored Bill McCrary with the "Small Business Person of the Year" award by recognizing his continued staying power, innovation, increased sales, financial growth, and community service.

McCrary energizes sales, sales management training, and business development training with a combination of case studies, anecdotes, and humor. He inspires and entertains to help sales professionals achieve their own personal "next best level" of performance. He effectively combines street savvy with corporate insight into his training, coaching, and mentoring for CEOs and business owners.

Bill McCrary has been married to Ann McCrary since 1981.  They have a son, Ryan, and a daughter, Tinsley.
